Ingredients:
4-5 Servings Prep time: 5 mintutes Cooking time: 12-15 minutes
2cups of chopped Jinmi Kimchi
2cups of flour
1 chopped onion
6 strips of bacon
8-10 tablespoon of water
5-6 tablespoon of kimchi sauce ( this is the sauce from Jinmi kimchi jar)
1 stalk of green onion to garnish (optional)
3-4 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
Mix kimchi, flour, onion. water and kimchi sauce. The consistency should be like pancake. In high heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Spread one cup of mixture on the pan. Add couple strips of bacon. Turn down the heat to medium. When golden brown, add one tablespoon of Parmesam. Flip the pancake and cook until fully cooked. Garnish with green onion if desired. Serve warm.
